Shipping policy

PRE-ORDERS

Please understand as of right now we are running pre-orders only.

What this means is samples are made to show off our product to you the consumer, without getting a full inventory. Once we receive these samples we will then open up our website.

WEBSITE IS OPEN FOR ONE WEEK STARTING ON THE FIRST FRIDAY @12PM EST. After the website closes, design files and quantities are then sent to the manufacture to be made.

Please understand this process takes between 3-4 weeks after the website closes. 

In the case it has been 6 weeks and still have not received your item, please feel free to contact us at outermindproduct@gmail.com and we will get the issue sorted.
